***Swedish Melodic Hard Rockers’ Momentous New ‘Address The Nation’ Studio Album Released April 23rd On Edel’s earMUSIC Label***

“In one sense, ‘Freedom Rock’ is a total throwback. It’s steeped in the late 80’s – an era when melodic hard rock was saturated with classy, vibrant bands. And yet these Swedes are totally contemporary, with the sort of edge that conjures up our current, more cynical age… ‘Black Night’ and ‘Beg Beg Beg’ have choruses so massive that they could endanger air traffic. An album full of post-Def Leppard creativity, ‘Freedom Rock’ really does press all the right buttons.” (Malcolm Dome, Metal Hammer, August 2010 issue).

World class young Swedish melodic hard rockers H.E.A.T have confirmed the release of their superlative third studio album, ‘Address The Nation’, on Edel’s earMUSIC label, distributed by Absolute via Universal, on April 23rd.

‘Address The Nation’, produced by Grammy award winning Tobias Lindell (Europe, Hardcore Superstar), is an even more accomplished body of work than 2010’s highly acclaimed ‘Freedom Rock’ opus, which was nominated as one of the top 50 albums of 2010 in Classic Rock Magazine. A video has already been shot for the first barnstorming, epic single, ‘Living On The Run’, a perfect introduction to the band’s new singer, Erik Gronwell (winner of Swedish IDOL 2009), who joined H.E.A.T in 2010.

H.E.A.T who emerged in 2007 from the little known area of Upplands Vasby in Sweden, released their debut, self-titled album on a local independent label in 2008, and were subsequently voted ‘Best New Band of 2008’ by the listeners of Swedish National Radio. In 2009 they made it all the way to the final of Melodifestivalen (the Swedish Eurovision Song Contest), with the song, ‘1,000 Miles’, which became a top 10 hit single in the Swedish charts and the fifth most played song on of 2009 Swedish Radio. H.E.A.T then signed to Edel’s earMUSIC label and released ‘Freedom Rock’, in May 2010, immediately scoring a gold single in Sweden with ‘Beg Beg Beg’, taken from the album.

H.E.A.T spent the next year touring around the world, rapidly cementing their reputation as the new leading band in the AOR genre. Classic Rock Magazine reviewed their live set at Download Festival 2011, proclaiming “A full-fledged homage to AOR that belies their youth, H.E.A.T are one of the weekend’s unexpected highlights. So free from cynicism are they in their love of their heroes, and so thorough in their attention to detail that the likeable Swedes are totally lost in the moment, and that vibe radiates until it reaches everyone in the tent.”

Now, with ‘Address The Nation’, H.E.A.T have stepped up to the plate to deliver an absolutely classic third album, packed with ten glorious, incredibly well written, masterpiece melodic hard rock anthems.
